As mountain-dwellers, the Nhinba are diligent workers during the summers and mostly live by the strict maxim: work hard in the summer and make merry in the winter. Kurim (Exorcism, Gyal-Doi, Chhyodpa and Tshog ceremonies are other rituals they perform throughout the year.
